We provide a bus service that will transport you to your appointments and to and from the airport/bus station. This bus service also provides 6 runs a day into town Monday to Friday, and two runs on Saturdays. You can use the bus service to do all your shopping while you are in Cairns.
We have doctors, nurses, midwives and social workers available to help you with all your health needs and provide a playgroup facility for your children. Our Playgroup Worker provides activities to help children develop and grow.
Most of the time your community clinic will pay for your accommodation if you are in Cairns for medical reasons. If not, you can pay to stay at Mookai and receive all the services we have to offer (including meals and transport), at very little cost to you.
